بِسۡمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِیمِ عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰۤ
HE FROWNED and turned away
أَن جَاۤءَهُ ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ
because the blind man approached him!
وَمَا یُدۡرِیكَ لَعَلَّهُۥ یَزَّكَّىٰۤ
Yet for all thou didst know, [O Muhammad] he might perhaps have grown in purity,
